Les questions de justice pénale et de sécurité occupent une place importante dans le débat public et politique de nos sociétés. Elles sont par ailleurs l’objet d’un examen scientifique de la part de criminologues, de sociologues, de juristes, de psychologues, d’historiens, etc. Pourtant, force est de constater que ces deux sphères ne communiquent que très rarement.
